Pioneering the future of private, 1:1 digital communication mobile media networks at DidgeBridge Labs with decades of executive leadership and foundational architecture.

John is Co-Founder of Didgebridge Labs, alongside fellow founder Ryan Swadley. John serves as CEO, while Ryan is Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for MarTech ideation and development. Didgebridge Labs is a MarTech incubator, Venture Studio, and Growth Accelerator for start-ups and early-stage companies. Its growth-acceleration services include the company’s copyright-protected Desired Future State® methodology, which emphasizes growth acceleration through organizational alignment. Once strategy, structure, and staffing are in enthusiastic alignment, the firm moves into what it refers to as “ROI-Obsessed Marketing,” which addresses the current Web 2.0 marketing crisis—the central theme of this book.
John is also a Managing Partner of the $200 million emerging MEXUS Fund, whose mission is to solve societally important challenges within the HealthTech, DeepTech, and digital data privacy sectors. Prior to Didgebridge Labs and the MEXUS Fund, John spent more than 20 years on what he refers to as “Corporate Growth Acceleration” missions, serving as President of MacGregor Golf, Senior Vice President at Brunswick, Vice President/General Manager at Kodak, Vice President at Wilson Sporting Goods, Director of National Accounts at Alberto-Culver, and spending nearly 10 years at Gillette in progressively advancing sales and marketing positions.
John is also an author and attributes much of his career growth-acceleration success to his copyright-protected book methodology.

Ryan Swadley is Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Didgebridge Labs, partnering with CEO John McNulty to lead the firm’s MarTech innovation agenda. Ryan oversees AI-driven product development, intelligent automation, and the creation of privacy-first engagement technologies that power the company’s Venture Studio and Growth Accelerator initiatives.
He is the architect behind Didgebridge’s technology platforms, translating complex marketing and operational challenges into scalable, automation-ready solutions. Ryan also helps operationalize the firm’s copyright-protected Desired Future State® methodology, ensuring organizational alignment before activating the company’s “ROI-Obsessed Marketing” approach. His experience includes building mobile-first engagement and intelligent automation solutions for major brands such as Home Depot, Gillette, Whole Foods, Procter & Gamble, and CVS.
Before co-founding Didgebridge Labs, Ryan founded one of the earliest social media platforms—launched prior to Facebook—focused on permission-based communications and relationship-driven campus community engagement. Developed during the formative years of social networking, the platform introduced early connection and interaction models that predated many of the engagement frameworks that would later define the industry.
He has built a career in mobile video engagement, digital media, and intelligent systems design, consistently focused on creating practical, high-impact technology for brands, publishers, and early-stage companies.
The traditional digital marketing apparatus is experiencing an unprecedented breakdown. Surveillance-driven ad tracking is collapsing, programmatic ad budgets are silently siphoned by automated fraud, and consumer cynicism has reached record highs.
Consumers are increasingly concerned about how personal information is collected, shared, and monetized. Organizations must balance personalization with transparency, accountability, and respect for individual privacy.
Bots, invalid traffic, fake impressions, and artificial engagement continue to distort digital advertising. As marketing becomes more automated, measuring authentic audience engagement has never been more important.
Trust is becoming the most valuable currency in the digital economy. AI-generated content, misinformation, and synthetic engagement are challenging organizations to prove authenticity and credibility.
